[ADXA] Free-Form Messages

[Michael Reynolds, NO6O]

This Guernsey station on 10m appears to be sending free-form messages in 
FT8, rejecting some contacts.  I guess they could simply ignore them, 
but maybe they want to explain why.  Anyway, I was unable to get through.
