[ADXA] Electronic QSL Requests

I have been getting these for the last year or so, & they seem to arrive in
clusters from the same country. The last two weeks I have probably
received twenty from Canada, & before that was a flurry from Romania. I
don’t respond to them, but wonder if this will be the future of QSLing.
