[ADXA] RBN - Reverse Beacon Network

Stan, I monitored them awhile on 20 meters.  I never saw an exchange 
with a single station.  An op on the cluster commented, "Is this guy 
sleeping?"  I know they are having a lot of trouble with gear, etc.  
But, they will be there for awhile.  I would like to get a back-up 
digital contact.  I have them on every other band/mode including six meters.
