[ADXA] Desecheo Island is on LoTW almost live

I got KP5/NP3VI at 2312Z with the full call sign and a -10/-06 exchange.  First Desecheo in 45 years!

Worked them about an hour ago on 12m and uploaded to LoTW about 15 minutes later.  Just checked LoTW and BANG, they are Verified.  That was a surprise.  They said they were uploading to LoTW while there, but never expected same HOUR.

Challenge is now at 1888 with more to come.
