[ADXA] Winterfest ADXA members today

FWIW,

February has only one Hamfest in Delta Division and Winter-Fest is it. Jussi, the only other events of scheduling concern are Jackson, MS - typically the last weekend in January and Russellville in early March. Valentine’s Day will be on a Sunday next year which may or may not present a challenge. 

March is the crowded month for hamfests.
