[ADXA] New Amateur EXTRA in the house!

Congrats Ithyca.  It took me a lot longer studying before I passed the 
Extra.  It was frustrating way back in another life when DX stations 
operated below .025 and I couldn't work them. Then came the radios with 
dual VFOs and they started listening "up."  Took care of that problem.
