[ADXA] V6D, 18096, FT8

We made the 17 meter contact yesterday, was not easy, mostly cause we had a s4-6 noise floor on 17 all day, just looked noise way down and instead of a -14 signal I’m seeing um at a +6 and it should get better as the day progresses
