[ADXA] V6D 10102.0 KHz CW @ 1114z

Our power went out while I was trying to work them. Have the rig on a ups mainly to mitigate power flickers, not outages. But I did manage to get them in the log just as the ups entered the rapid beeping phase indicating it was about to give up.
