Yes, this is the right choice!  Congratulations, Debbie.  It is no small feat to uphold the best of ham radio and also win the DX Hog title.  I remember you helping your friend make a POTA activation at the hamfest in Dardanelle a couple of years ago.  It was obvious you were the real deal!   Onward and upward to the Honor Roll!

While this is traditionally announced during our annual conference in November, my sending out the nomination to the entire reflector rather than the top secret nomination and selection committee (ADXA Board) sort of spilled the beans early. Regardless, Debbie was the highly unanimous selection by the committee !



Debbie’s nomination and selection is no surprise. Her DX achievements during the past year(s) have been significant and all while managing a multi-ham household and keeping OM Charles calibrated as to who the BIG DOG DX’er is!



So, while it won’t be a surprise during the conference, on behalf of ADXA, CONGRATULATIONS Debbie on being named ADXA’s DX Hog of the year!



A formal presentation will be made at the annual conference November 8.
