My qso went through at 00:21Z. It was a real LID fest there - a bunch of 
people calling CQ on top of him and I had trouble decoding him 
consistently. But it is interesting to see that the window shifted that 
much for NE Ar vs. SE OK. Let's see how this works out for 3c0w.
