[ADXA] 3c3w 80m

My 80m antenna is so close to the ground that it is very close to dummy load. But that will change soon :-)

I think 3c3w may be qrt now and moving to 3c0? I did not see them on pskreporter this evening (or hear them). But the timing will likely be very close for 3c0 as well.
