[ADXA] signal help

There are all sorts out there, I was working 28.4255 one AM , all the sudden I had all sorts of QRM just down freq. so I went there to see what was happening, some nut was raising Cain I was off frequency, slobbering angry I was operating “off” frequency, I was having a slow day I guess, it finally hit me he was operating some sort of rig that tuned 1kc steps…and I was “off” frequency.
