[ADXA] Rare DX on 40M

Rick was S9-S9+5. He said he was barefoot.
I think the problem is that he needs to get the water circulating to cool
his amplifier tube down to about 35 degrees and it takes a while to do
that. I told him barefoot for him was 2KW.
