[ADXA] Rare DX on 40M

I put my 40m Vertical up a while ago.  Below is the RBN from a CQ.  I will
get on 7030 from 1:00 CST until 1:10 if anyone wants to call.  There won't
be anything other than me listening and looking at an S meter but I will
give you signal reports that are true S meter readings so you can see how
you do compared to others.

I will send with a paddle and at about 25 WPM. Rick will call at 55 WPM.
