WHAAAAAT???? You don't subscribe to "The Daily DX" ?? Oh my!

When I was in Friedrichshafen this year I talked to George AA7JV. What George told me is the gov't loved the plan to utilize the RIB to reduce the human footprint and things looked really good. Then the gov't came back with a requirement that the power be supplied by solar power !!!!!

I don't know the outcome of that requirement and I have not talked to George since, but I'm confident the gov't will make every demand, reasonable or not, instead of just saying no.

In case anyone is interested and has not checked DX WORLD about this DXpedition, it currently states:

The DXpedition efforts to activate St. Peter St. Paul Rocks - PY0S - in October 2025, is now on hold due to a lack of progress with the Brazilian environmental protection agency (ICMBio) to obtain the last remaining permit.

Hope they can cut through the red tape soon. That would be an ATNO for me and probably several other ADXA members.

I do not subscribe to Bernie's Daily DX, so he may have updates I'm unaware of. If anyone has any recent info, please share.

Thanks! - Don K5DB
