Thanks Dennis. Obviously if it was for a conference registration I should have received a form but it is possible, VERY POSSIBLE, I may have accidently deleted it by accident. Everyone else has a match with a form except this one and Glenn caught it when doing a cross reference-peer check on my list and I don’t have her on my  list.

I actually just looked on FaceBook and there is another Carla Berg in NWA...It may be her...I'll email the one I know of and see if it's her...If not I'll try the other one...Unless someone else already knows the right one...

Does anyone know Carla Berg?? We received a PayPal payment from her on October 18 and cannot tie it to a conference registration or anything else.
