The plan is to be active 24/7 with two stations on the island.
    One station focused on SSB/FT8
    A remote station focused on CW/FT8

Looks like he's prioritizing his responses for QSL Cards and LoTW by
"donations".  ADXD #14.  The question becomes send $10 after a contact (or
two) or send $30 BEFORE they leave and hope for a contact.
