[ADXA] VP8LP Just QSY To FT4, six meter

[WB5JJJ]

I've worked Bob 15 or so times and only ONE was LoTW and that was the first
one back in 2011.  From his QRZ page it said back then, DIRECT. ALSO QSL
VIA EQSL AND LOTW.  None of the rest were ever needed for anything, so I
didn't order any cards.  Money saved both ways and card checking fees.
