Thanks to all the information about getting paper QSL's added to DXCC. Will there be a card checker at Russelville? I have done the digital application and have 14 cards that need to be checked. I think I have all the other things, that needed to be done, taken care of.
In other QSL information, I have started searching through my paper QSL's, and plugging their callsign into LOTW to see if they are users. If they are users, I manually add the qso to a digital log, and upload it to LOTW. Last night, I uploaded 9 (no new countries) and got 4 confirmations immediately. These QSL's were from 1977 to 1995.
I have a few "pennant kits" made up. I will give those away to anyone who is interested in trying one. It consists of the transformer, terminating resistor, and a paper with information. You supply the wire and trees (or other supports). It has worked well on 40, 80, and 160 in my high noise environment.
I hope to see you there.
