[ADXA] Great day, no lip turned upside down now. VEC Cert, new rig, and QSL card!

Being a VE is something that always brings me joy... at Dayton I helped
test a 75 year old blind ham for his Extra.. it tooks about 2 hours to test
him, but he passed! :) nothing like giving back to the hobby...
