[ADXA] I wish I could go back in time!

I pulled it all out, due to Kathy and her girls! Remember that is living with 4 girls in the house, not including their friends! That is my story and I am sticking to it! I spent a lot of time in the ham shack, but they knew were I was! 73 de jay..

Hi All,

The above jpg came through as a Facebook memory and thought I would share it with my ADXA buds. I think this picture was also shown at the ARRL Centennial? BTW, Dig that groovy wood paneling! That was my late 70s AM setup or one of them. Later off to the right side there was a Johnson Desk KW (the last one ever built, #652) and a little later Collins KW1 (serial # 10) was behind me. Back then I could lift most of that gear or at the very least move it around, LOL.

The little Icom R70 receiver was my go-to most of the time, but later I had some Collins 75A4s receivers. That transmitter on the desk was a rescue Johnson Valiant II. It was sure pretty when lit up.

See I did have hair back in the day and NO gut! ??
