I do now see there is a “free” option for less than 100, which would fit ADXA, but no files or photos can be attached to the emails.

I'm a member of several groups.io groups and a moderator on a couple.  I can only speak for the groups I moderate but there is no monthly fee for mine.  All the groups I associate with are less than 10 or so members so I don't know if that is a factor or not.
