[ADXA] Nigeria 21.090 Noise Issue?

I never missed a single cycle CQ 5N9DTG decode from 1328Z to 1625Z, but they have finally quit with a -07 signal here.  Very few contacts in all that time!  This is from HRD Band Activity screen.  I only came back to the radio at 1609Z.
