Thank you all so very much for the congrats. I did not expect to win as I was on W5DM’s tail! I love competition and contesting! Thank you Dennis and I hope the club will do it again along with other contests!
Thanks also to KF5TL for full use of the shack and to him and KI5QOS and KI5QQH for keeping everything in the household going.
I didn’t do it for $, but to see if I could, fell short of a dupe I thought I had, no I wanted it all ! 😂
The award please keep in the Club for a top 10 dx expedition.  More to chase! I’m at 252 countries, chasing that Honor Roll!!
Hoping to see everyone at Dardanelle.
Keep chasing dx!

I am so very proud of my YL KI5QQG of her achievement New Year’s Day!!! No I wasn’t tied up in the basement!! lol. Someone had to take her coffee, hot chocolate and snacks! Folks she did this while taking time off to ring in the new year, she took time off to cook us the New Year’s Day “lucky” meal! I appreciate this group in how new members are welcomed and helped. I appreciate the kindness and attention shown to my family!!      Something Debbie and I discussed is you just gotta have fun while contesting, and I feel she had a blast. Thank you Dennis for the contest idea, Joel for running the contest, each of you contesters and those carefully watching the outcome. 73 to the groupMy heartfelt thanksKF5TL Charles

ADXA Folks,

We have completed the final log checking and tally of the 2025 ADXAthon competition. Following analysis and removal of duplicate DXCC entries in each log, Debbie KI5QQG has come out on top with 99 DXCC entities.

CONGRATULATIONS Debbie. We will contact you separately to disperse your $100 cash award !!!!

Based on logs received, the totals are:

KI5QQG 99

W5ZJ 78

W5RZ 52

KI5UCZ 45

KM5G 44

K1LEC 40

W5KI 28

Some of the above only put forth a part time, or very limited effort. The number of DXCC countries a person can work casually, in one day, is very interesting.

73 Joel W5ZN

p.s. I wonder if Debbie has untied Charles and allowed him out of the basement now? Shame he was forced in there on New Year’s Day!!! 😊
