[ADXA] XF4B 14225 easy low pileup in EM55

[The Romagni's]

He does not have the best strong signal, I was listening in and out between
zoom calls, finally he came up decent enough and got him on the first
call... not a ATNO for me, but wrapping up the dx marathon for 2025 hi hi...
