[ADXA] directionally challenged

Bill,

That’s true and a K9AY loop is easy to implement.   The main difference I
see that it requires a good ground where the Pennant types are
ground-independent.

The K9AY seems to be a version of the EWE with the feedpoint and
termination brought together for easy switching.    People were having
mixed results with the EWE due to ground conditions.  Perhaps the K9AY with
its single ground overcomes that, but I suspect ground conditions still
have some effect.   Since I have soil with poor conductivity and a solid
rock layer at 20 inches, I elected to try the ground-independent types
first.
