[ADXA] Heil Pro 7 Headset

I'd like to hear from someone using this headset.  The ear covers have
begun to crack and leak a gelatinous substance that gets in what little
hair I have left.

Anyone had experience with this - including replacing from Heil, or are
there higher quality replacements?
