[ADXA] k0xg rotating tower hardware

Hi,

Looks like K0XG has closed his shop for producing rotors & bearings for 
rotating Rohn towers. However, the good news is that Matt KC1XX has 
taken over the production (got email from him). For a moment, it looked 
like 4O3A would have been the only remaining supplier for Rohn towers. 
His hardware looks a bit flimsy but hard to tell exactly from photos.
