On DX-World's web page, no date but it was also recently posted on the
Daily DX.

We had some delays on Friday, which is a public holiday here, and
Saturday, which was a religious holiday, so all public offices were
closed. Yesterday and today we worked with the local authorities, and
had a meeting with the Minister of Telecommunications, in order to speed
up the release of the equipment, which has already been inspected.
Unfortunately, these are technical issues that have to be dealt with in
local times and ways. However, we are confident that we will be able to
resolve the various tasks by tomorrow.
