[ADXA] retroactive funding request

Minami Torishima is #33 on the most wanted list.   Back in 1973 when it was
called Marcus Island and I was WA5IIS, I went there with a team.  Here we
are in the DX bulletin:

Based on the rarity of this entity, I feel reimbursement  is deserved.
Let’s see…Flight from Yokota on Air America (C-46!), zero $.   Lodging at U
S Coast Guard station - zero $.  Meals at Coast Guard station - zero $.
There was nothing else to spend money on, so the total cost was………zero!
Well, never mind about the funding request :)
