[ADXA] rotator mast pinning

Thanks, Jussi. I’ve always thought that once you drill all the properly
aligned holes and put the bolt through, you have created a potential
weakness which can be exploited by rotation stress enlarging the holes.
There were several stories about bolts shearing from this effect, and you
actually had a mast failure!
