What made this opening so very cool, I just happened to come home after running errands with Miss Kathy with 6m on my mind.  While listening to our own Lanny on QSO Today Podcast,  KL2R pops up on the screen out of nowhere!  I just let the rig run, kept cranking on the power,  while moving the beam back-n-forth to find the right hop.  Finally got the RR73 and jumped for joy.  Larry sent a text message that he will be uploading in a few.  Then my Flex/WSJT-X decides to reset, but only after I hit the log button.  Talk about luck and timing.  This was one of those times, I got a print of a rare station and really didn't think I could complete the QSO.  This was my last state on 6m.  I see a ham ever day calling for CQ AK that lives in Florida.  I hope he gets them.  BTW, there were two AK station on, but I only saw KL2R.

It was fun listening to the QSO Today Podcast!  Lanny talking about ADXA club and hog of the year while working DX on 6m.  He also gave the Searcy Club Kudos.

Lanny you bought me good luck and I enjoyed the whole pod cast.  Especially you being a ham radio support person for  GigaParts.  73 de w5jay/jay..
