[ADXA] C21MM - 21.275 up 5

It was easy squeezy, once I pushed the split button.
Where are the darn band cops when I need them.

Something odd about my N1MM logger... If I push the split button before I
put the 21.280 in VFO B, The SPLIT goes off.
