Greetings ADXA Folks,

The 2024-25 winter DX season is filled with some very nice DXpeditions by
some top notch groups. We received several requests for funding and the ADXA
board reviewed each one in careful detail.

To restate or financial sponsorship policy, We will provide some level of
funding for DXPeditions that are within the top 50 most needed. If an entity
is outside the top 50, it is reviewed on a case by case basis in accordance
with the following criteria:

1.	The DXpedition is organized by a group of experienced, successful
DXpeditioner's, not just one lone individual (exceptions apply - FT8WW,
FT4GL, etc. that had a significant support base)
2.	This is a "real" DXpedition and not a vacation disguised as a
DXpedition.
3.	Multiple radios and antennas are planned to activate all HF bands.
4.	The DXpedition has attracted the attention and sponsorship of other,
major, DX clubs

The board has approved the following funding:

ADXA Top 50:
VU4X Andaman Island #19 - $400

ADXA Top 100:
3D2Y Rotuma #100 - $100

ADXA Other:
XT2MD Burkina Faso #153 - $50
V7X Marshall Islands #154 - $50
S9Z Sao Tome #156 - $50

Total ADXA Sponsorship - $650

The V7X crew is Philipp, Tomi, and the other European young folks that
activated 8R7X last year.

We have one other request that was received just last week from the
VK9X/VK9C group for February/March 2025. We are awaiting further
developments before considering this one but it appears to meet the ADXA
criteria.

Just a reminder - We pay close attention to the ADXA Most Needed list that
is posted on our website. Please make sure that you send regular updates to
N5LKE as to your needed entities. We will start promoting this in our
quarterly newsletter so it is in front of everyone.

Thanks for your support of ADXA and DX'ing!
