I got him on 18.095, (VU4A ). Thanks for the spot. DX Summit have them listed at 14.092ish I'm fixin' to hop over and see if I can 'trust but verify' ... So to speak.

Also VU4A Andaman & Nicobar Island is on the same freq, 18.095 but no decodes yet.
