[ADXA] ADXA Conference weather information

For all ADXA members & guests coming to Russellville for the annual 
conference...

The National Weather Service has issued a Dense Fog Advisory for much of 
Arkansas beginning tonight and lasting until mid morning Saturday.  
Highest confidence for fog is near lakes & rivers as well as the Delta 
Regions of eastern Arkansas.  Visibility will range near 0.3 miles 
around Little Rock and 1.0 mile around Russellville.  Allow extra travel 
time in order to arrive safely.
