[ADXA] Cocos-Keeling on 18.096 F/H

Thanks Lanny, just walked in the door, 2038Z, got him first call.  
Frustrating effort for me.  So, now I have VK9C on TWO bands.  :)))))  
Took me almost 40 years to get them on CW, SSB and digital all on 20 
meters.  Keep up the spots.  You're good luck.
