Hi Steve,
I was asked the same question by K5YCM, that time I was aimed direct about 70 degrees or so. I just bump it to where the signal came up. He faded as I was working him and made me wonder if I was going to complete. On his QRZ page he says the following, no RR73, not in log!
The band is in and out here, seeing things I shouldn't be where I am pointed. 73 de jay..
