[ADXA] Grid Square bearings based on a Grid Square

Sometime back, I stumbled across a website that would calculate the
relative beam headings for the center of all DXCC based on any supplied
grid square and output this to a CSV file.  I want to use it again for a
friend, but I can't find the original web page where it was located.  Does
anyone have such a spreadsheet or know the location where I found it or
something similar?  I thought I saved the link, but apparently I did not.
