Oh, wow.  How gullible some hams are on 18.096 right now.  Whoever he is,
he's running MSHV or F/H and actually working them.  I bet they are
hyperventilating with his >+05 signals.  Can't wait for LoTW to Verify the
P5 contact.

G0YCE "Pippo" even has a certificate for WAPS - Work All Pirate Stations on
his QRZ page.  Interesting.
