[ADXA] FT4GL on 10

Congrats. Noticed you calling them early this morning..7am local or
thereabouts.  Saw you give them a R+01 and figured they would hear you.
Only decoding every now and then here. Lots of lighting nearby last night.
Have a new noise source that's S7 at 60 degrees on 40-10m. Not so bad on
6M. Going to walk around the neighborhood this afternoon and attempt to
locate.
