[ADXA] FT4GL on the air

With that many streams, his streams are about -10 to -13db below what his
single stream would be.  Looking forward to Super Fox where up to 9
stations can be in a single stream with no loss of signal strength.  Should
help out everybody.

Obviously, Charles and I are not seeing anything from him.  After all, he's
9,500 miles away.
