[ADXA] another band counter

I'm trying to make it to 1550 by mid-year but still waiting on some
confirmations, like CB0ZEW on a couple of bands.  That one has been
outstanding for several months in spite of a donation and OQRS payment.
It'll eventually come.  Also 3G0YA is out there, but that is a recent one.

I noticed that I had ticked up from 1442 to 1443 today and when I checked
my recent QSL's on Lotw, it was FP/N8KR on 15M SSB ......on 10/29/2000!

I'll take 'em any way they come!
