[ADXA] Watch for Early Afternoon Propagation into Asia

Yesterday I picked up XU7GNY on 18.100 about 1830z.  I also saw 3W9T
although not as strong and a VR station I think.

 

Looks like there are good conditions about to happen again today on 17 and
21m.
