[ADXA] ADXA is a 100% ARRL club

Through the years, I have been notified several times of possible breaches
but nothing happened.  I have had a couple of  bad transactions caught by
the credit card companies and only once did I even have to give any info.
I suspect that was due to a merchant making an error on someone’s number.
Considering the number of bad actors out there, it’s pretty remarkable how
they take care of us.
