[ADXA] ARRL Service Disruption Update

I hope so.  But, once they get in, they can do it again. Everything a 
human designs to stop an attack can be figured out by another human.  
The question is, why the ARRL?  No value in the data.  No money in the 
ARRL like a corporation.
