[ADXA] 20m 14.091 FT4GL

Finally got them on another band. So far 20m and 12m.

I was calling between 2000hz and 2500hz with no luck. Watched a few decodes
and saw them working a call around 1400hz so when they finished I tried it
close to 1400hz and he came back first try. Just gotta find that open spot!
