[ADXA] DX Helper Nets...

The signal report is a formality. Giving 59 both ways speeds things up allowing for more stations to be worked in a given amount of time. If you look at your contacts in LoTW they don't even include a signal report. It is irrelevant. And you are absolutely correct about not repeating your call sign once the dx gets it right. My two cents...
