[ADXA] K8R 28.025 CW

K8R has a great signal on 28.025 CW listening up - calling CQ with few
takers.  I got him with one call, no amp.  His signal was broken up a
little bit at first but now has smoothed out.  I suspect remote operation.
Well, I guess all their operation is remote, even if only from the boat.
