[ADXA] Can’t Open LOTW Page

Perhaps if you are connected to a different cell service ISP, it might be
blocking your connection.  This could happen even where it worked before if
your phone has connected to a new cell service.  Try turning off you phone
and rebooting it.  Maybe it will grab the "old" provider.  Worth a shot.
